Las Pinas is a beautiful modern villa that has just been totally reformed and refurnished, so everything is new!
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – two kingsize (one with en-suite and another with a private terrace with sea views), and 1 twin bedroom, plus a full family bathroom. The En-suite has a large walk in shower, toilet and sink, and the family bathroom has a walk in shower and also a full length bath, toilet and sink. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, tall fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, kettle and coffee machine. Most of the appliances are built in.
The lounge has wall mounted flat screen smart TV, whereby you can use your own Netflix account, and has Spanish and English TV channels. Off the lounge is a large open Naya with large dining table, outside sofas and chairs with amazing sea views.
Outside there is an 8 x 4 private pool, with a large terrace, large gas BBQ and additional dining area, Mediterranean gardens, large gated private driveway and car port.
