There is a fully fitted kitchen on this floor, complete with two fridges, two freezers, dishwasher, 8 burner cooker, grill and double oven with external extraction. There is a 3 section gas BBQ on the outside dining terrace. There is a circular marble staircase taking you to the lower level where there are 4 bedrooms, of which one is is a king size bed with en-suite. The other room sharing this balcony is also a king size double bedroom. There are two more shower rooms with wcs. There is a pergola over the dining area (seats 16). There is a traditional BBQ area, kitchen, shower room and toilet.
