WHO WE ARE?
Our experience of buying a villa in Altea a few years ago gave us an idea that we could help others to buy a dream house abroad or sell one, avoiding falling into multiple traps that one cannot predict beforehand. Then we decided to create this platform, a selection of properties among the ones of our partners in Altea, Albir, Benidorm, Moreira, Javea, Denia etc....
We then had many questions about the seriousness of countless local real estate agencies. We didn’t want to make useless visits. We wanted to be well understood, to have competent and professional interlocutors at different stages of purchasing (notaries, banks, other administrative procedures etc.), to understand tax laws, to avoid scams etc.
All of this was not easy…
