If maraming benefits ang pagpunta sa growth zone, then why a lot stay sa comfort zone?π€
Well, There are 3 zones.
1. Comfort zone
2. Growth zone
3. Danger zone
From the comfort zone, supposedly we should go to the growth zone.
But most often, we go straight to the danger
zone.π₯΅
Eto yung zone na naoverwhelm and burn out na tayo.
Because! Most of the time we take on too much quickly! Very quickly.
And when that happens we often conclude na "Ay hindi to para sakin"π
Pero wait, wrongβ
Masyado ka lang OA nagumpisa. Hehe!
Parang pag-eexercise, ayan binigla mo.
2 hours intense! Tapos bukas baldado ka na. Haha!
Does it mean hindi para sayo yung exercise?π
Hindi! Binigla mo lang kasi...
So the next time you think, ay hindi to para sakin.
