Paris with personality...

The colour. The confidence. The glorious period details. This is a townhouse with something to say, and we love every inch of it.

Behind its elegant 1905 exterior, beautifully finished interiors bring a fresh energy to classic Parisian architecture. Bold colour sits alongside original parquet, fireplaces, stained glass and a magnificent staircase. Ceiling heights reach 3.6 metres.

Then comes the outside space…

A 70 m² landscaped terrace, sheltered from view and wonderfully private. Morning coffee among the greenery, long lunches, another glass as the evening rolls in… quite a setting for life in the 16th.

With 382 m², eight bedrooms, a lift and air conditioning, there is substance behind all that style too. La Muette metro is just a five minute walk away.

A Paris home to fall for. We certainly have.

“I think we should get out more.”

A conversation you’re unlikely to have if you live here...

This contemporary stunner in La Reserva, Sotogrande comes with its own cinema, gym, spa, sauna and indoor pool. There’s an outdoor pool too, because choosing where to swim should apparently be part of your morning routine.

Six en-suite bedrooms, over 1100m² of beautifully designed space, huge expanses of glass and generous terraces opening onto the gardens. Newly completed, south-facing and seriously impressive.

The only slight concern? Friends coming for the weekend may interpret “weekend” rather loosely.

Perched above the Mediterranean sea, on the beautiful Provence Coast, this is quite simply one of the most spectacular contemporary renovations we have seen.

And then there’s that view…

An endless sweep of deep blue Mediterranean, the stunning Provence coastline, the Îles d’Or floating on the horizon and sunsets that completely transform the landscape. Almost every room has been designed to drink it in, with huge expanses of glass blurring the line between inside and out.

Nearly 400m2 of beautifully finished living space, six luxurious bedroom suites, vast terraces, a wellness area with hammam, summer kitchen and an infinity pool that seems to disappear straight into the sea.

The renovation is exceptional. Sleek and contemporary, but warm, sophisticated and wonderfully understated. Nothing is fighting for attention here because, ultimately, the view is the star of the show.

Set in one of the most exclusive and unspoilt stretches of the South of France coastline, yet just 25km from Saint-Tropez. This one really needs to be seen!
