Estel Building Barcelona
The Estel Building is one of Barcelona’s most prominent redevelopments. Located on Avinguda de Roma in the Eixample district, it was originally built in the 1970s as the regional headquarters for Telefónica. After sitting vacant for more than a decade, it underwent a major redevelopment and reopened as a premium office and mixed-use destination.
Location: Eixample, close to Sants Station and Plaça Espanya.
Office space: Around 49,500 m² across 14 floors.
