Ens asseiem massa. Així que avui hem convertit el coworking en un estudi de Pilates. 😂
No tenim reformers? Cap problema.
 Una taula serveix. Una cadira també. Pel que sembla, tot funciona. 🪑💻

Però bromes a part, a Betahaus ens prenem el benestar seriosament. 🧘‍♀️

Per això, la nostra comunitat té accés a: 🧘‍♀️ Classes de ioga 🤸 Acroyoga aquest mes 🌬️ Una masterclass de ioga el mes que ve, amb tècniques de respiració incloses 🚴‍♀️ El nostre club de ciclisme …i moltes més activitats que vindran!

Perquè passar-se tot el dia assegut davant d’una taula probablement no és la millor estratègia de benestar…

Nosaltres preferim assegurar-nos que hi hagi moviment, aire fresc i diversió pel camí. 🤝

We sit way too much. So today, we turned the coworking into a Pilates studio. 😂
No reformers? No problem.
 A desk will do. A chair will do. Apparently, anything works. 🪑💻

But jokes aside, we actually take wellness pretty seriously at Betahaus. 🧘‍♀️

Because spending your whole day sitting at a desk is probably not the best wellness strategy…

🚴‍♀️ Vam començar un club de ciclisme… i pel que sembla ara també és un club de ball. 😂

Una de les millors coses de la nostra comunitat és que les activitats no sempre han de tenir a veure amb la feina. A vegades es tracta de sortir, provar coses noves i passar una bona estona junts.

I no parem 👀
🧘‍♀️ Acroyoga la setmana que ve 🎬 Cinema 🎶 Música en directe 🏓 Esports …i moltes més activitats de comunitat que venen!

Així que… club de ciclisme o club de ball? Encara ho estem decidint. 😂
Això és el millor de formar part de la comunitat Betahaus. 🤝

🚴‍♀️ We started a cycling club… apparently it’s also a dance club now. 😂

One of the best things about our community is that activities don’t always have to be about work. Sometimes they’re about getting outside, trying something new, and having a good time together.

And we’re not slowing down 👀
🧘‍♀️ Acroyoga is coming next week 🎬 Cinema 🎶 Live music 🏓 Sports …and plenty more community plans coming up.

So… cycling club or dancing club? We’re still figuring it out. 😂
