out to an amazing view of the impressively longstanding Magnolia tree rooted
four metres above street level on a neighbour’s inner courtyard. Timeless surroundings: Secluded yet central, it is the ideal retreat after an
exhilarating day in Barcelona. Centrally located in the Medieval area of town,
a Roman settlement during the Augustus empire (27 to 14 B.C.) which is
now known as Barri Gotic or Barrio Gotico (the Gothic neighbourhood) in
Castilian. The serene and winding narrow streets are home to an immense
variety of unique shops, cafes and restaurants, all a mere stone throw
from the apartment. Notable historic monuments include the
Church of our Lady Merce the Cathedral La Seu with its lively placa and
Barcelona’s oldest neighbourhood the forgotten Jewish quarter “Del Call”
all of which combine to create a rich and varied architectural tapestry. All this and only a 5 minute walk to Barcelona’s famous port and a further 10

Rates
Rental indication for the apartment is 150 - 225 Euros per night for up to 2 persons. Additional guests 25 Euros each per night, maximum of 4 persons. Cleaning fee is 65 Euros. During holidays and fairs special rates apply. Please ask for a fixed quote as prices might vary during the season.
