After losing one home, another one came up almost immediately from the same developer...no time wasted on this one, so my client flew over from London quickly. We did quite a few visits to make sure this was the right property...comparing what you could get closer to town, further away or independent free standing villas too. Finally this one ticked off 95% of the boxes and the Llafranc tennis club, the remaining 5%!

Offer accepted, Arras signed and yesterday in close to a month later, title deeds signed.

Ready for summer on the Costa Brava!
