SENIOR ARCHITECT

+8 years of experience

Retail / hospitality background preferred.
Experience managing full project cycles from concept to ex*****on.
Strong technical knowledge, coordination skills and design sensibility.

JUNIOR ARCHITECT

0–3 years of experience

Curious, proactive and detail-oriented profile.
Strong interest in architecture, interiors and materiality.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite appreciated.

MID SENIOR INTERIOR ARCHITECT

+3 years of experience

Strong background in interior design with refined aesthetic criteria and solid technical understanding.
Experience developing residential, retail or hospitality projects.

BRAND & CREATIVE CONTENT

Creative and visual profile with experience in content creation, brand communication, art direction and social media.
Strong graphic sensibility and understanding of the PinguetPartners universe.

Required skills

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and rendering software are appreciated depending on the role.

The project combines limewashed surfaces, natural oak, stone elements, and soft textiles to create a restrained and timeless atmosphere. Framed openings, integrated millwork, and a muted palette reinforce the architectural language of calm simplicity and Mediterranean living.

Verdant Residences nace como una respuesta contemporánea a cómo queremos vivir hoy: con más conciencia, más conexión y menos ruido.

El proyecto se articula en torno a un vacío central que no es únicamente un gesto arquitectónico, sino un dispositivo social. Un espacio común concebido como el verdadero corazón del edificio, donde la vida colectiva sucede de forma natural, sin imponerse. Aquí, trabajar, compartir o simplemente estar adquiere una nueva dimensión.

Las viviendas se organizan perimetralmente, garantizando privacidad, luz y ventilación cruzada, mientras mantienen una relación constante con la naturaleza que envuelve el conjunto. La vegetación no es un añadido, sino una capa estructural del proyecto: filtra, protege, acompaña y define la experiencia diaria.

La materialidad interior responde a esta misma lógica: honesta, cálida y silenciosa. Maderas claras, superficies minerales y una paleta neutra construyen espacios que no compiten con quien los habita, sino que lo acompañan.

Verdant Residences no propone un estilo de vida aspiracional, sino uno posible.Un equilibrio entre lo individual y lo colectivo, entre lo urbano y lo natural, entre lo funcional y lo emocional.

En planta baja, el edificio se abre a la ciudad con espacios comunes diseñados como una extensión del hogar: zonas de co-working, áreas de bienestar, espacios de encuentro y servicios pensados para facilitar una vida más equilibrada y eficiente. No se trata de añadir amenities, sino de redefinir su propósito.
