8:30am → Café con leche meeting point café to start the day right.
10am → Walk the promenade from the marina to La Carihuela beach. Thirty minutes of pure Mediterranean magic!
2pm → Lunch with a view at La Cala Benalmadena ( one of Sandra's favourite spots to eat in Benalmadena)
5pm → Family time and a stroll with Teddy. Our absolute favourite.
6pm → A cheeky chilled vino blanco. Always a Verdejo for Sandra!
7pm → a good book on the terrace, right now i’m enjoying hungry by Katriona O’sullivan.

This is the life 🌅

Two big things just shifted on the Costa del Sol property market and we want to talk about it 👇

1 → Investor traffic is DOWN but relocator traffic us UP. Tourist license changes plus people watching their wallets = fewer investors competing for properties. The dominant buyer right now is the relocator.
