We are looking for self-motivated, customer-oriented, ambitious, German-English or German-Spanish speaking Sales Agent to join our team!

As a real estate agent, your task will be:

-bring owners and potential buyers together

-advise and support your clients from the first point of contact to the key handover

-acquire new listings

- benefit from an existing cutomer base and actively add new clients to it

Requirements:

- German-English or German-Spanish languages

- minimum 1 year experience in sales

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Experience using basic software and technology and show a willingness to adapt and learn new systems.

- Negotiation and presentation skills are key
