How we work:
- We design your dream house
- Our computer system automatically calculates the material and labour cost of every detail
- If you want to add/delete certain things, the system recalculates the price.
- You can “walk” in the design and look around by using our 3D VR glasses. 😎

Onze werkwijze:
- Wij ontwerpen uw droomhuis.
- Onze computer systeem berekent automatisch de kosten van het materiaal en arbeid voor elk detail.
- Indien u wijzigingen wilt doorvoeren aan het ontwerp, herberekent het systeem de prijs ervan.
- U kunt ook “wandelen” in het ontwerp en rondkijken door gebruik te maken van onze 3D VR bril. 😎

iBenissa not only delivers a full “turnkey service” but we also can help you with other matters. Like importing your domestic car and register it on Spanish number plate.

iBenissa biedt niet enkel een complete “sleutel op de deur” service maar wij kunnen u ook helpen met andere zaken.
Zoals het importeren van uw binnenlandse auto en deze registreren op een Spaans kenteken.

Deze pagina van iBenissa was initieel gemaakt voor de nederlandstaligen aan de Costa Blanca.
Ondertussen hebben wij veel vragen ontvangen van klanten of we dit ook in het Engels kunnen publiceren. Daarom doen we dit vanaf nu in 2 talen.
Uiteraard spreken wij ook Spaans 😀

This page of iBenissa was initially created for the Dutch speaking community at the Costa Blanca.
But meanwhile we received a lot of questions from our clients, asking us to publish in English as well. So from now on we will meet the demand and will post in 2 languages.
Of course we also speak Spanish 😀

Oplevering en overhandiging van de sleutels van onze finca style project.

Als we een all inclusive service beloven dan doen we dat ook.
Volledig ingericht, inclusief meubels, gordijnen, aangelegde tuin, een gevulde koelkast, ontbijt, …en zelfs wc papier 😄
Zorgenvrij in je nieuwe huis stappen noemen we dat. 😉
