A property sale may start with a viewing, but there is quite a lot that happens in between.

Calls, paperwork, questions, appointments, last-minute details… and usually several people in our office working together behind the scenes.

Opening the door was the easy part. Walking past the pool without jumping in…was a little harder.

With a light summer breeze and so many outdoor corners to enjoy, this was one of those filming days that didn’t feel much like work.
