Fantastic situation on the beach walk of Palmanova/Son Matias. The apartment is perfect for families or couples and can accomodate up to 6 persons. 75m2 including 2 bedrooms, one with bunk bed and a separate bed, the other with two separate beds. Both bedrooms with ceiling fan and closets. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. Kitchen is simple but have what you need such as; microwave, 2 separate cooking ridges, boiler, freezer with small fridge and washing mashing. Living room with stunning view has a small sofa corner and a big table for 6. Big terrace with ocean view, sun beds, sofa corner and a small dining group for four.
You can seethe sun rise in the morning and then it's on the terrace until 12- 15 depending on the season. Wifi, safe and parking is also included. The area is perfect you have everything around the corner from bus stops, taxi stops, shops, supermarkets to restaurants, parks and not to forget the Mediterranean Sea as you closest neighbour! Please note we don't let out to people under 35- due to it being a quiet area with many neighbours living year around.
