PALMA, AFTER DARK. THROUGH ART.
Last night, Palma changed rhythm.
Galleries spilled into the streets. Historic courtyards opened their doors. Art met architecture, live performance, light, colour and sound — and the city itself became part of the experience.
This year marked 30 years of Nit de l’Art. Three decades of contemporary art taking over Palma and bringing artists, galleries and people together for one extraordinary night.
We moved across the city, from gallery to gallery, following the art and the atmosphere — featuring moments from Can Balaguer, Casal Solleric, Galeria Pelaires, Pep Llabrés Art Contemporani and ABA ART, among many others.
At ABA ART, we discovered Ocre et Lait by Tatiana Sarasa — a beautiful, tactile body of work that invited us to look closer, understand the materials and experience the art beyond the purely visual. A very special thank you to ABA ART and Tatiana for making our evening even more memorable.
And somewhere along the way, we caught Toni Garau — one of our favourite Mallorcan artists — mid-interview.
Art inside the galleries. Live performance in historic spaces. People filling the streets. Palma alive with light, colour and sound.
For us, this is also what living Mallorca means: being part of a place where culture is not simply something you visit. It becomes part of the city.
30 years of Nit de l’Art.
One unforgettable night in Palma.
