Spain has delivered a landmark ruling, officially striking down and annulling the national short-term rental registry (NRA / NRUA)! 📉❌

What does this mean for you?
Goodbye NRA Numbers: You are no longer required to obtain a central government registration number to advertise your property online.
Less Bureaucracy: The confusing, duplicated layer of paperwork has been completely wiped out.
Platform Reinstatements: If your property listing was recently blocked or removed from Airbnb or Booking.com solely due to a missing NRA number, those restrictions lose their legal basis.

⚠️ But take note: This does not deregulate the market. While the NRA layer is gone, regional tourist licences and municipal zoning rules remain fully in force and strictly policed.
