Blom Group Real Estate is growing, and we're looking for go-getters who know and love the Marina Alta to join our sales team.

This is not a desk job. A big part of the role is getting out there: networking, knocking on doors and meeting people to find new buyers and sellers.

What you'll do:
• Build your own local network and bring in new buyers and properties
• Help international buyers find their home in Jávea, Dénia, Moraira, Benitachell and the surrounding area
• Lead viewings and guide clients from first contact to the notary

What we're looking for:
✅ Strong local knowledge of the Marina Alta – essential
✅ Living in or near the Marina Alta
✅ A natural networker who loves meeting new people
✅ You'll hear "no" far more often than "yes" – and that doesn't faze you
✅ Confidence with all kinds of people, without being intimidated
✅ Fluent English (required)
✅ Dutch and/or Spanish – a big plus
✅ Any other language – a bonus
✅ Sales experience is welcome, but not required. We'll train the right person.
