One of the things I love the most about my job in is that no two days are alike and that, to me, is invaluable.
๐๏ธ There are days when my agenda is full of (in person or remotely); others, I focus only on properties for my clients so I spend my time browsing new listings and on the phone.
๐๏ธ I spend some days at my clients' properties in my role of : I welcome guests and/or supervise the cleaning teams, receive deliveries, oversee works, check and sort mail, among other things. I spend some other days running errands for my clients -be it admin stuff or shopping on their behalf (in person or online), I am their go-to person when it comes to .
๐๏ธ At times, I spend hours in front of my computer documents for my clients or acting as an for them; other times, I spend hours in person with fellow -be it at a convention, a women's meetup or an expats event.
๐๏ธ Some days, I'm out visiting properties all morning, or at the Notary's office to close on a house; other days, I don't leave the office at all to focus on administration (contracts, reports, accounting, and the list goes on) and on my online presence: I work on my and actions.
๐๏ธ There are even days when I take the morning off to go on a bike ride along the beach and have breakfast in the sun, and then I have a packed afternoon of lawyer consultations regarding my clients, and/or bank appointments to help them obtain a or open a bank account in Spain.
One thing is for sure though: I enjoy every and each one of my workdays, like I never had before. I have managed to create a job for myself that allows me the flexibility to , with my and at my own pace: I am . And for this, Iโm forever .
