Laundry Supervisor
A busy laundry business in Estepona Port is looking for a reliable and organised full-time team member to join our friendly team.
Requirements:
• Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Excellent organisational skills
• Enjoys ironing and working to a high standard
• Friendly, positive and customer-focused
• Good computer skills and willing to learn new software
• Basic sewing skills for simple clothing and linen repairs
• Able to update and manage our page
• Comfortable training cleaners and other staff members on our laundry procedures
Main Responsibilities:
• Receiving and processing laundry orders
• Ironing and quality control
• Carrying out basic sewing and repairs to clothing and linen when required
• Updating prices, services and items within our laundry software system
• Assisting with the day-to-day organisation of the laundry
• Training cleaners on how to correctly log and track linen
• Updating our page with news, promotions and business updates
• Providing excellent customer service
Working Hours:
Option 1 full time
• Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Option 2 full time
• Monday to Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm plus Saturday mornings
Option 3 possible part time
• Monday to Friday 9:00am – 2:00pm Monday to Friday part-time
This position would suit someone who enjoys variety, likes keeping things organised, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time.
