Cooiman Capital bestaat vandaag officieel 2 jaar 🥳

Het voelt als de dag van gisteren dat we Cooiman Capital oprichtten.

Maar als je kijkt naar wat er in die tijd is gebeurd, dan besef je pas hoeveel stappen we hebben gezet:

→ 300+ klanten geholpen
→ Voor honderden miljoenen euro’s aan vastgoed aangekocht.
→ 2 nieuwbouwprojecten gelanceerd; Palm Residences en The Palms At Estepona
→ Een sterk team gebouwd van 8 mensen
→ Een eigen kantoor geopend in Estepona
→ Meerdere eigen vastgoedontwikkelingen gestart in Estepona Old Town

Als ik terugkijk op de afgelopen twee jaar, dan ben ik vooral dankbaar. Dankbaar voor alle klanten die ons hun vertrouwen hebben gegeven.

Want uiteindelijk draait het niet om het aantal woningen dat we verkopen. Het draait om de mensen achter die woningen.

De ondernemer die vermogen wil opbouwen. Het gezin dat droomt van een plek onder de Spaanse zon. Of de investeerder die een slimme aankoop wil doen voor de toekomst.
