The Island:
Fuerteventura is located just 97 km. from the northwest coast of Africa. No doubt this is one of the most tranquil islands of the Canary archipelago, besides offering lots of natural areas. On May 26, 2009 the island was declared biosphere reserve by UNESCO. The island itself (total area: 1,660 km²) offers a dry, sub-tropical climate with a guarantee of almost 360 days of sunshine a year. This makes it an ideal place for a second home or for a permanent living. The island is also a paradise for surfers, fishing enthusiasts, divers and anyone who loves the sun, beach, water sports and tranquility ... It is not hard to find peaceful areas along its 265 Km. coast, not to mention the interior of the island, such as for example the historic villages of Betancuria, Pájara, Antigua and La Oliva. On the coast are the main touristic towns such as Corralejo, Caleta de Fuste, Costa Calma and Jandia / Morro Jable, although there are exceptions... El Cotillo is a peaceful village located on the northwest coast with beautiful bays and crystal clear water. The capital of the island is Puerto Rosario. This town offers besides a nice promenade and some beaches, all necessary amenities, such as a hospital, hypermarkets, all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants, etc. The international airport is located at 5 Km. from the capital and offers many flights from different European countries. Was unterscheidet uns von vielen anderen Immobilien? Die Insel selbst (Gesamtfläche: 1660 km2) bietet ein trockenes, subtropisches Klima mit einer Garantie von fast 360 Tage Sonnenschein pro Jahr. Damit ist es ein idealer Urlaubsort oder sogar eine permanente Hause. Die Insel selbst ist ein Paradies für Surfer, Angler, Sonnenbaden, Strand, Wassersport und viel Frieden ... nicht schwer zu finden entlang der 265 km langen Küste. Auch in Inland sind typische historische Dörfer wie Betancuria, Pájara, Antigua und La Oliva. An der Küste finden Sie die wichtigsten touristischen Orte wie Corralejo, Caleta de Fuste, Costa Calma und Jandia / Morro Jable. Die weiten Sandstrände gehören zu den schönsten Stränden der Kanarischen Inseln. El Cotillo ist ein ruhiges Fischerdorf an der Nordwestküste, mit wunderschönen Buchten und kristallklarem Wasser. Ein absolutes Muss für Taucher und die Ruhe lieben. Die Hauptstadt der Insel ist Puerto Rosario. Dieser Ort bietet einen Hafen, eine angenehme Promenade und zwei Stränden. Da sind auch alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten, wie ein Krankenhaus, Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants, etc. Der internationale Flughafen befindet sich 5 km. von der Hauptstadt. ¿Qué nos hace ser diferentes de muchas otras inmobiliarias? El 26 de mayo de 2009 fue declarada en su totalidad reserva de la biosfera por la Unesco. La isla (superficie total: 1.660 Km²) ofrece un clima sub-tropical seco y agradable con una garantía de casi 360 días de sol al año. Esto lo convierte en un lugar ideal tanto para una segunda residencia de vacaciones como para una vivienda permanente. La isla es además un paraíso para surfistas, amantes de la pesca, buceadores y cualquier persona que ama el sol, la playa, los deportes acuáticos y la tranquilidad... Porque encontrar tranquilidad no es muy difícil a lo largo de sus 265 Km. de costa por no hablar del interior de la isla, tal como por ejemplo en las poblaciones históricas de Betancuria, Pájara, Antigua y La Oliva. En la costa se encuentran las localidades más turísticas, como Corralejo, Caleta de Fuste, Costa Calma y Jandia / Morro Jable, aunque hay excepciones como El Cotillo, un pueblo muy tranquilo situada en la costa noroeste con preciosas calas de agua transparente. La capital de la isla es Puerto Rosario. Esta localidad ofrece además de un bonito paseo marítimo y algunas playas, todo tipo de servicios, tal como un hospital, hipermercados, un centro comercial, todo tipo de tiendas, bares y restaurantes, etc. El aeropuerto internacional se encuentra a 5 Km. de la capital y ofrece gran cantidad de vuelos, tanto desde la península como desde otros países europeos. Wat maakt ons anders dan veel andere makelaars? Het eiland:
Fuerteventura ligt op slechts 97 km. van de noordwestkust van Afrika en is ongetwijfeld een van de meest rustige eilanden van de Canarische archipel. Niet voor niets vindt men hier nog steeds tal van natuurgebieden. Op 26 mei 2009 werd het eiland uitgeroepen tot biosfeerreservaat door de UNESCO. Het eiland zelf (totale oppervlakte: 1.660 km²) biedt een droog, sub-tropisch klimaat met een garantie van bijna 360 dagen zon per jaar. Dit maakt het uiteraard een ideale vakantieplek of zelfs een permanente woonplaats. Het eiland zelf is een waar paradijs voor surfers, sportvissers, duikers en iedereen die van zonnebaden, strand, watersport en rust houdt ... Rust is niet moeilijk te vinden langs de 265 km kust, om maar niet te spreken van het binnenland, waar typisch historische dorpen liggen als Betancuria, Pájara, Antigua en La Oliva. Aan de kust zijn de belangrijkste toeristische plaatsen te vinden zoals Corralejo, Caleta de Fuste, Costa Calma en Jandia / Morro Jable. De uitgestrekte zandstranden behoren tot de beste stranden van het Canarische archipel. El Cotillo is een rustig vissersdorp gelegen aan de noordwest kust met prachtige baaien en kristalhelder water. Een absolute must voor duikers en rustzoekers. De hoofdstad van het eiland is Puerto Rosario. Deze plaats biedt naast een haven, een aangename boulevard en een aantal stranden, alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen, zoals een ziekenhuis, supermarkten, allerlei winkels, bars en restaurants, enz. De internationale luchthaven ligt op 5 km. van de hoofdstad en biedt een ruim aanbod van vluchten uit verschillende Europese landen, waaronder Belgïe en Nederland.
