Introducing this beautiful, traditional and newly-painted 4-bedroom flat, available to rent from September to June/July in Granada city centre (Albaicín). The entire flat was renovated in 2002 and repainted and modernised recently to keep it up to date. Two of the bedrooms contain a double bed, two contain single beds. All have a desk, large built-in wardrobes and lamps. The flat has 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and microwave. It also has marble floors throughout, central heating, aircon, TV and WiFi. Towels and bedding are also provided. Both single rooms are priced at €315 a month (Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3), the double room with its own ensuite bathroom (Bedroom 4) is €465 per month and the other double (Bedroom 1 )is €400 per month. This price includes ALL bills except electricity.
I am a bilingual Spanish/English ex-Erasmus student renting my own property and I do not advertise via agencies. This flat is a complete gem nestled between the city centre and the iconic Albaicín neighbourhood, you will not find anywhere else like it in Granada.

Welcome to The Perfect Piso! I am an ex-Erasmus student who has been renting her own fully-renovated property in central Granada since 2008.

My apartment is available to students who are looking for accommodation that is both welcoming and finished to a very high standard. Over the last 12 years around 70 different students from a variety countries have rented rooms, shared stories and established lasting friendships.
