A partir del 9 de noviembre de 2024 entra en vigor en Baleares una nueva ley de agentes inmobiliarios para regular el sector y crear más transparencia.
Los agentes inmobiliarios tienen hasta esa fecha para realizar los trámites necesarios para inscribirse en el Registro de Agentes Inmobiliarios de las Islas Baleares (ROAIIB).
El objetivo del nuevo decreto es regular mejor el sector inmobiliario en las Islas Baleares y poner freno a los denominados «agentes inmobiliarios habituales», así como proteger a propietarios y compradores.
Se pretende garantizar que sólo trabajen como agentes inmobiliarios personas cualificadas.
Para inscribirse en el ROAIIB hay que estar asociado al API. Las siglas API significan ¨Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria¨, y es un título que acredita a la agencia inmobiliaria como parte del grupo de APIS inmobiliarias. Es un honor anunciar mi inscripción.

From November 9, 2024, a new law for real estate agents is in force in the Balearic Islands to regulate the sector and create more transparency.
Real estate agents have until this date to take the necessary steps to register in the Real Estate Register (ROAIIB – El Registro de Agentes Inmobiliarios de las Islas Baleares).
The aim of the new decree is to better regulate the real estate industry on the Balearic Islands and to curb so-called “regular estate agents”, as well as to protect owners and buyers.
It is intended to ensure that only qualified people work as estate agents.
To register in the ROAIIB you have to be asociated with API. The acronym API stands for ¨Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria¨, and it is a title that accredits the real estate agency as part of the group of real estate APIS. I am honoured to announce my inscription.
