Located in the Marina Botafoch, with many restaurants (NOBU, LIO, JARDINETO, etc) , Talamanca beach and Ibiza's most prestigious harbour one can find this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luminous groundfloor apartment of 77 m2 plus a terrace of 26 m2. The apartment has an open plan kitchen, a cozy salon with big sliding doors which give access to the spacious nicely furnished terrace. The furniture in the apartment is mostly brandnew. Comfortable beds and big sofa, a cozy dining area inside and out.

The building, Nueva Ibiza, is very well constructed and thus you barely hear your neighbors. The apartment is located on the inside of the building, facing the mature well kept gardens with palmtrees.
There is a big pool to refresh yourself during those warm summer months. The apartment has A/C and is well insulated so one can enjoy during both cold wintermonths as well as during hot summer months. There is a private parking included in the rental price.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment needs to be paid upfront for a year.
There is a deposit of 2 months, 1 month agency fee.
The rental price does not include utilities (water, electricity).
