🌍 **Oportunidad Erasmus+ para personas de España: formación internacional en Eslovenia** 🇸🇮✨

¡Buenas tardes! 😊

Desde **MITUSU OASIS** queremos compartir una oportunidad muy especial a nivel internacional para personas interesadas en el trabajo con jóvenes.

📍 **Lugar:** Eslovenia
📅 **Fechas:** 12–20 de octubre de 2026
👥 **Participantes:** 3 plazas para personas de España
🎯 **Perfil:** personas mayores de 18 años con interés en el trabajo juvenil (*youth work*) o con ganas de iniciarse en este ámbito.

La formación estará centrada en temas como:

🌱 creación de espacios seguros
🎲 juego, creatividad y aprendizaje dinámico
🤝 herramientas para acompañar a jóvenes
🌍 intercambio intercultural y aprendizaje no formal

✅ **Todo cubierto:** viaje, alojamiento y comida
💬 Solo necesitas poder comunicarte en inglés básico
🇪🇸 Al haber 3 participantes de España, podréis apoyaros entre vosotras/os durante la experiencia.

🌱✨ Segunda edición de “Cómo cultivar desde cero” ✨🌱

Ayer volvimos a encontrarnos para seguir aprendiendo juntos a cultivar desde cero, conectar con la tierra y seguir construyendo comunidad poco a poco 😊

Empezamos con una pequeña introducción a la permacultura y después pasamos a la práctica, compartiendo conocimientos, experiencias, preguntas y formas diferentes de relacionarnos con el cultivo y el cuidado de la tierra 🌿

Y como no podía faltar, terminamos compartiendo una cena de comida casera, sana y de temporada 😋

Gracias de corazón a todas las personas que vinisteis y formasteis parte de este encuentro 💚

🌱☀️What a beautiful first MITUSU OASIS workshop!

This very morning we took our first step together into something that feels very alive to us: learning how to grow from scratch, with what we all have around, connecting with the earth and with each other.

We started with a short introduction to permaculture, exploring its foundations and how we can design more sustainable spaces in harmony with nature. 👩🏼‍🎨
Then we moved into practice, building a lasagna-style garden bed and understanding each layer, its function, and how to recreate it at home.
📌 (I’ll be sharing a simple visual guide very soon so you can easily replicate it in your own spaces).

It was beautiful to see how questions, experiences, and reflections naturally emerged while we built the soil together 🌿

And of course… we ended by sharing a table full of delicious food, lovingly prepared by everyone. A true community feast 💛

Heartfelt thanks to all of you who came, for your energy, curiosity, and willingness to learn 🌼

✨ We’ll repeat the workshop on a weekday in a new location - for those who couldn’t make it (and for anyone who would like to join again! 😜)

Spring 🌼

Beauty, colours, nature makes its performance.

Today we chose to stop and observe this little bee visiting wild flowers. It seems simple, almost invisible in the rythm of the day.

But look closer.

Those golden grains on her back legs are pollen- carefully gathered and carried home as food.
But the real magic is elsewhere.

The pollen that truly gives life is the one you barely see -the tiny grains that remain in her body,
that travel from flower to flower,
Quietly allowing plants to reproduce.

This small being is slowly performing its duty,
helping the world renew itself.

And then she leaves,

The flower remains - slightly changed, quietly part of something bigger.

This is what I explain to Ainara, deeply inspired by Life 🐝.

✨🌿Muchas gracias a todos los que vinisteis a la presentación de Mitusu Oasis 🌿✨

Fue muy bonito ver tanto interés, y ganas de hacer cosas juntos en la zona 💚
Y a los que no pudisteis venir, ya nos veremos pronto.. ¡Esto es sólo el comienzo! 😜

También queremos hacer una mención especial a Cristina por los preciosos dibujos de los sobres de semillas que compartimos como detalle de bienvenida 🌾✨
Un pequeño gesto con mucho significado para nosotros: sembrar algo que pueda crecer entre todos 🌱

Ahora estamos preparando una página web donde compartiremos más información sobre el proyecto, las actividades y las distintas formas de participar.

Poco a poco iremos dando forma a todo esto.
Ya estamos empezando a organizar el *primer taller de Cómo empezar a cultivar de CERO* del próximo *sábado 25 de abril* para *todos los niveles* , así que iremos compartiendo más info en cuanto la tengamos 😊

Here at Mitusu Oasis we are defenitely believers in life-long learning.
At our land we have a lot of trees that are very tall and very sick. So that means danger all the way.
After some thinking we decided that Jost does course in tree cutting in heights because hiring somebody to do everything was just out of our budget.
The 5-day course was very intense but also very rewarding. Full of useful knowledge and also some clever tips and tricks of a very experienced instructor.
If you are ever in doubt of learning something new…it is never too late and just go for it :)

When was the last time you truly celebrated sth you completed? Not by moving on quickly, not by ticking a box, but by pausing - acknowledging what has happened, what we take from this experience, what we better leave behind.

During this Training course, we used the Dragon Dreaming method as an alternative approach: We paused at the threshold of 2025-26 and chose to consciously explore the milestones of last year, not to evaluate it, but to listen to it. What efforts, relationships, and moments are asking to be acknowledged?

As we stayed with these questions, other layers surfaced. We dived into those unspoken feelings, we connected and cared for each other and ourselves. Words and joy were welcomed, but also silence and tears. We gathered around a centenary tree fallen during a recent storm, to celebrate its life and witness how even in death there is new life being born.
Instead of feeling discomfort with endings, we honoured decay, leaving space for new feelings of appreciation and gratitude.

Nature then continued to support us in celebration. A walk to a waterfall offered a simple yet powerful grounding, preparing us for departure.
Not everything was perfect or complete. I personally missed parts of the course -not because it was unimportant, but because Life asked sth else of me. And that, too, became part of the learning: Celebration includes absence, choosing care over participation, we embraced the “Joy Of Missing Out”.

I left Sunny Hills with a warmer heart, brighter vision, with something gently realigned. A sense that by slowing down enough to acknowledge what had been, made space to welcome what's yet to come- with more honesty, more clarity, more connection.

As orgs, and also individuals we focus a lot in beginnings, but not so much effort is put on how we finish things, yet how we close shapes how we continue.
What would change if celebration was not a “special occasion” but an integrated practice? If we honoured effort, relationships, grief and learning- not only outcomes?

As we step into what comes next, this remains an open invitation: to slow down, to acknowledge, and to choose Celebration as a conscious act of care.
