🚀 Just 50 minutes from Valencia is the city of Xàtiva, capital of La Costera. It is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain, its gastronomy, history and the natural wealth of its surroundings being some of its many highlights.
♜ The Castle of Xàtiva is the most striking and visible part of this location. The path towards this magnificent monument winds its way uphill, offering us truly impressive views of the whole of Xàtiva. On the way, we find the remains of an ancient wall that protected the city, an old snow cellar, and caves and trails which invite us to enjoy this privileged site.
🔵 NEIGHBORHOOD
But, in addition, Xàtiva is a dynamic town, with a lot to offer visitors.
A walk through the network of narrow streets of the historic center gives way to squares, churches, convents, palaces and monumental fountains, beautiful houses and modernist facades that tell of historical events, legends and customs.
🍽 Sampling the cuisine of Xàtiva is also not to be missed, with “arròz al forn” as the undisputed king of the list of traditional recipes, along with other varieties such as creamy rice or paella.

In the heart of its streets we find the Plaza de la Bassa, a privileged enclave where our project is located.
The building retains its monumental character both internally and externally, respecting the composition of the façade and carpentry while improving its thermal and acoustic properties.
