Created for home-owners and residents in the Montgó and Valls residential areas in Jávea, Alicante, Spain, in order to encourage participation in the Montgó Residents' Association.

Today we held our AGM, with around 80 residents attending, thank you to everyone who came along.

We were delighted to be joined by the Mayor of Jávea and her team, who responded to a number of pre-submitted questions. It was a very positive and constructive session, and a great opportunity to strengthen our relationship with the Town Hall so that residents’ concerns can continue to be raised directly.

Following the meeting, many of us enjoyed lunch together at El Convent, rounding off a very pleasant afternoon.

Thank you again to everyone who took the time to attend, support the committee and be part of our community.

The committee warmly invite you to join us for a special Montgó Morning on Tuesday, April 1st at 11:00 AM at DAR, with guest speaker Dr. Gerd Wirtz, PhD in Neurophysiology.
Dr. Gerd Wirtz is an entrepreneur, author and international speaker who has dedicated many years to exploring how we can live longer, healthier and more vibrant lives. As a neurophysiologist and expert in longevity and digital health, he combines scientific knowledge with practical lifestyle insights to help people stay fit, energetic and mentally sharp as they age.
He is the co-author of the best-selling book The Longevity Compass, which explores how lifestyle, prevention and modern medical insights can help us live not only longer, but better.
During this Montgó Morning, Dr. Wirtz will share key insights from his book and his research, showing how small changes in daily habits can have a powerful impact on our health, vitality and quality of life.

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday afternoon for our social drinks at Hotel Mi Almazara.

It was a fantastic turnout and a lovely opportunity to meet both familiar faces and new neighbours from around the Montgó community. We were especially pleased to welcome four new members who joined the association on the evening, thank you for your support.

With our AGM coming up soon, it’s more important than ever that as many residents as possible attend. The AGM is our opportunity to ensure the Montgó community is properly represented when we raise matters with the Town Hall, so your voice really does make a difference.

What a fantastic wine tasting evening at Restaurante "A Bordo" Club Nautico Javea, in the Port 🍷

We were delighted to welcome 66 Montgó neighbours. Guests enjoyed a welcome drink before sitting down to dinner, where each wine, thoughtfully selected by our President Tim and Sandy, was introduced with a little insight into Spain’s rich wine history.

From learning about the different regions to voting for our favourite bottles, it was a relaxed, fun and thoroughly enjoyable evening.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, we’re already looking forward to the next one!
