From 1 June 2026, the Valencian Community introduces tax reductions on property purchases:

— Property Transfer Tax (ITP), which applies to secondary market purchases, is reduced from 10% to 9%
— Stamp Duty (AJD), which applies to notarial documents when buying a new-build property, is reduced from 1.5% to 1.4%
