This property has been reformed and reformed over the years until the owners created the perfect house to come home to and start a family. Charming, immaculate town house for sale in one of the best urbanizations of Alcaidesa

This is not a very good picture and it will certainly not sell the house seen in this picture. But don’t worry I have about 40 good photos of this property, inside and outside and of course of the urbanization.This picture is to show that I (just today) have put an enormous for sale sign on the property. This, because the owner has called and told me that it is really time for him to sell the property.
Alcaidesa is doing very well at the moment. We had an incredibly busy summer, our beach restaurants every day packed, lots activities on the square and even full golf courses (despite the heat wave we had). So really my advice to the owner should be not to sell for a lower price than he had initially. But on the other side he has his reasons and I am in the business to sell properties.
So initially his asking price was 350.000€ and a couple of months ago he lowered the price to 300.000€. This is still the asking price, but… he will listen to reasonable offers for this charming and immaculately maintained house in a popular gated urbanization within minutes’ walk to the beach. I had my 20 seconds of fame on Spanish national television... so this is a great moment to offer a new promotion being build ON the same links golf course in Alcaidesa as shown on the television. Buy an apartment in this urbanization and you will be my neighbour with even better views to the golf course and Mediterranean than I have. As it is being build at the moment I can't yet send you photos. However I can send PDF floor plans and prices of the available apartments in this high spec urbanization. So I will put photos of the views of the future buyers of this urbanization.

Pre reservations have started today with prizes between 232.000€ and 387.000€ for the first 15 apartments they are selling. There is a deal with the bank for a 70% mortgage.

Normally I am not an estate agent who says this, but if you have intentions to buy an apartment in a very promising urbanization in Alcaidesa for a good price, I would do it now! They will sell quickly and the next two blocks likely will have higher sales prices.

El Varal, Barti, Kevin and the Chicharrones
Last Tuesday I went with friends to San Roque to have tapas in Bar El Varal, which is the favourite tapas bar of Kevin and Alison. There is one dish especially Kevin enjoys, Barti’s chicharrones! So last Saturday Kevin and Alison went back for more tapas and to pick up 3 large jars filled with chicharrones made by Barti which are now on their way to Scotland. I can honestly say it was good company, good food and very hard to do any work afterwards!

Who would not want this beautifully reformed penthouse! The interior design has be done by a Feng Shui designer well known on Spanish television. I am not a good writer, so it is hard for me to describe this apartment. I have seen it, walked through it and was amazed by it. I could very happily live in this apartment. I started reading about Feng Shui in the internet, but it didn't help me with my description. But I have good photos taken by the designer! So in this case I will let the photos do the work and will keep my description short. Except for a couple of things you probably know already. The apartment is situated next to the golf club and has from the top terrace amazing views to all wind directions. It is close to the beach and chirinquito, where you can brag about being the owner of the only Feng Shui penthouse in Alcaidesa.

Yesterday we went to the Algeciras market to buy todays BBQ ingredients. If you want fresh and good quality food for incredible prices this is the place to be. A friend told me that you have to negotiate on the already good prices, and so I did! Sadly I don't seem to be a very good negotiator. My best result was a discount of 1.19€ on 3,5kg of the finest Spanish Lamb from the campo.

It didn't really matter, we managed to buy food for 10 people for less than 100€, including our morning tapa and caña/ tinto. A worthwhile experience for anybody, and in my case I should go at least once a week. Hopefully if they see my face every week I will get a quantity discount.
