Vi är så glada att få berätta att Svensk Fastighetsförmedling växer i Spanien – vi etablerar oss på Gran Canaria! 💛

Bakom satsningen står franchisetagaren Johanna Ode, som sedan tidigare driver Svensk Fastighetsförmedling på Teneriffa och är bosatt på Gran Canaria sedan över 20 år.

Etableringen är redan i gång, med de första uppdragen och kunderna på plats och under 2027 är planen att öppna en fysisk bobutik på Gran Canaria. För Johanna Ode innebär satsningen en återkomst till en marknad där hon har lång erfarenhet, ett etablerat kontaktnät och god kännedom om den lokala bostadsmarknaden.

– Det känns jätteroligt och som ett naturligt nästa steg. Jag känner marknaden väl och ser mycket fram emot att återknyta till mitt nätverk på Gran Canaria. Nu kan jag ta det bästa från mina tidigare erfarenheter och kombinera det med det vi bygger inom Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, säger Johanna Ode, franchisetagare och utlandsmäklare på Svensk Fastighetsförmedling Teneriffa och Gran Canaria.

Gran Canaria och Teneriffa är sedan länge populära destinationer för svenskar som söker boende utomlands. Marknaderna har många likheter, men också vissa skillnader. På Gran Canaria lockar exempelvis storstadslivet i Las Palmas svenska bostadsköpare, medan kunderna på Teneriffa är mer geografiskt utspridda över ön.

– Lokalkännedom och kunskap om hur en bostadsaffär går till i Spanien är det viktigaste vi kan erbjuda. Att köpa bostad i ett annat land kan upplevas som komplicerat, inte minst med den spanska byråkratin. Vår uppgift är att skapa trygghet och lotsa kunden genom hela affären, säger Johanna Ode.

Verksamheterna på Gran Canaria och Teneriffa kommer att arbeta nära varandra. Samtidigt byggs ett lokalt team på Gran Canaria med både tidigare och nya kollegor, samtliga med god kännedom om ön och den lokala marknaden.

Etableringen är ytterligare ett steg i Svensk Fastighetsförmedlings fortsatta satsning på den spanska marknaden.

– Gran Canaria är en attraktiv marknad och en naturlig del av vår fortsatta satsning i Spanien. För oss är det viktigt att växa tillsammans med rätt franchisetagare och med stark lokal förankring. Johanna har erfarenheten, nätverket och kunskapen om marknaden, samtidigt som hon redan har byggt upp vår verksamhet på Teneriffa framgångsrikt, säger Sara Scardia, regions- och etableringsansvarig på Svensk Fastighetsförmedling Spanien.
