We have some fantastic news to share with you all! Today, Leddy Homes is changing hands. Please join us in giving a warm welcome to the new owners, Jerry and Mieke, of Bel-chic Properties, renowned within the Belgian community here on the Costa Blanca.

Jerry and Mieke bring with them a wealth of experience as qualified estate agents, API registered under the new Valencian Community regulations. Not to mention, they speak French, Flemish, Spanish, and English, ensuring excellent service for our diverse clientele.

They're thrilled to have Tasha Holding continuing with them as the business transitions and beyond; and with over two decades of real estate experience under her belt, clients old and new remain in excellent hands.

¡Atentos esta noche al cielo! Si la predicción no falla, entre las 21:32 y las 21:38 horas de este viernes 5 de mayo vamos a poder ver pasar sobre nosotros un numeroso tren de satélites Starlink con hasta 58 unidades.

Fueron lanzados ayer y se pueden llegar a ver todos juntos, uno detrás de otro y formando una línea que se mueve lentamente por el cielo. Recorrerán el cielo del suroeste hacia el nordeste.

Yeah baby 😎

¡Día de verano! Tal y como estaba previsto, hoy las temperaturas han subido de manera notable y se han superado los 30ºC en muchas localidades de la Vega Baja.

Solo en la costa nos hemos quedado ligeramente por debajo de esa cifra. Mañana las temperaturas máximas bajan entre 4 y 7ºC y ya no superaremos los 30ºC.

Tendremos unos cuantos días de temperaturas suaves, pero a partir del jueves se espera un fuerte repunte de las temperaturas que podría dejar temperaturas incluso más altas que las que hemos tenido hoy.

𝓣𝓸𝓻𝓻𝓮𝓿𝓲𝓮𝓳𝓪 𝓰𝓮𝓽𝓼 𝓫𝓮𝓪𝓬𝓱 𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓭𝔂! 😎🌴🏖️

Torrevieja is preparing to get its blue flag beaches ready for the summer with a presentation this week of new beach cleaning vehicles and equipment with an investment of just under €3.5m.

The beach maintenance team numbers 19 operatives in low season which will increase to 30 in high season. An investment in new machinery will no doubt lead to an improvement in the quality and consistency of beach cleaning services.
The new equipment was inspected this morning by Mayor of Torrevieja Eduardo Dolón, alongside Councillor for Beaches Antonio Vidal and Diego García from Acciona Servicios Urbanos, the company responsible for keeping the town’s beaches in top condition.
The fleet was lined up along Playa de los Náufragos with 18 different vehicles and cleaning machines presented, with ten still to come before the end of May. The equipment includes state-of-the-art beach sweepers, a series of collection and transport equipment, tractors and trailers.

¡Superamos los 25°C en Torrevieja! Un día radiante el que estamos teniendo este miércoles. Aunque a esta hora ya ha bajado, la temperatura ha llegado a subir hasta los 25'2°C en la estación meteorológica de Los Balcones.

Todavía se esperan temperaturas más altas en los próximos días.
