From August 15-22, Málaga city danced through another unforgettable Feria de Málaga: the historic parade, fireworks, the Romería, horses trotting through the streets, and verdiales music filling the casetas late into the night.

🥖🍅 Meet the Spanish ceramic tomato grater to make "pan con tomate"!

1) Take a fresh tomato and rub it over a ceramic grater plate (plato rallador) until it becomes a rich, natural tomato sauce.
2) First drizzle some good olive oil on your toasted bread.
3) Spread the freshly grated tomato on top.
Tip: And if you really want to do it the foodie way, top it off with a slice of jamón🥩
I go even beyond this by adding freshly sliced avocado on top!😋❤️

Simple, delicious and so Spanish. The kind of breakfast that makes you wonder why you ever ate anything else.
