🥖🍅 Meet the Spanish ceramic tomato grater to make "pan con tomate"!

1) Take a fresh tomato and rub it over a ceramic grater plate (plato rallador) until it becomes a rich, natural tomato sauce.
2) First drizzle some good olive oil on your toasted bread.
3) Spread the freshly grated tomato on top.
Tip: And if you really want to do it the foodie way, top it off with a slice of jamón🥩
I go even beyond this by adding freshly sliced avocado on top!😋❤️

Simple, delicious and so Spanish. The kind of breakfast that makes you wonder why you ever ate anything else.

AM I DREAMING...? 🤩
One of the perks in my line of work is to stumble upon such stunning views, that you just want to move there immediately. According to the average dictionary, toasting means raising a glass or drinking to someone's well-being or health.

But apart from this, I think that anyone who enjoys a good wine feels something else when they raise their glass and clink it against another glass. Eye contact, a smile and sometimes tears of happiness.

A toast often transports us with memories, by celebrating a special event or by the simple fact that we are sharing a moment with family or friends.

Toasting is much more than a dictionary definition and invites us to celebrate life with everything it brings us.

Here in Málaga, we toast to life frequently, because as the locals say, ‘Aquí se vive bien’ (Here you live well).

We live in the here and now. That is why, four years ago, we decided to accelerate our future plan and moved to Malaga. After all, there is no such thing as the perfect moment.
