Specific items to be included in final report were reports from: pages 219, 222, and 253 from the Consultative Forum.

This report will be distilled down to a much shorter version for the winning builder and this large and shorter report will form the basis on the work of the Consultative Forum in the Creation of the New Master Plan for the Oscar Traynor Site with the chosen builder.

Overall the workshop captured the essence of Locals Concerns, what remains now is ensuring that they are acted upon when the time comes and included in the New Master Plan. The final successful bidder/builder is expected to be announced by End Oct 2019.
