On account of her extensive hotel experience, Pilar started working in real estate and construction as the Director of Marketing for Proneco y Obras S.A., a GrupoSaneco company and Owpbrokers in the EEUU real state market. Pilar Gil von Carstenn Lichterfelde is the owner and CEO of the company Dufbäck & Gil international and not only this, she is also running many other succesfull companies.
