s not as shown as on the photos, can someone translate my contract, what if the landlord doesn't return the deposit etc. And in order to take this hassle away from you and let you focus on the academic and fun part of your stay we have founded Accommodation Madrid. We are looking for reliable landlords that rent nice places to fair conditions in great areas. We negotiate with them minimum standards, fair contracts and prices as well as telling them how important it is to be responsive and willing to help in case of any issues. In order to get settled and have a great time in Madrid they offer you the following package:
Housing Package (90 Euros):
- Provision of accommodation: we place you in the place you choose from our page
- Accommodation check: we go and check that the accommodation corresponds to description and photos on the page
- Verification of landlord’s identity: we verify the identity of the landlord by checking his/her ID
- Verification of rental agreement and translation if needed
- Student welcome package with all the practical information you need to get settled and enjoy Madrid
- Communication with landlord in case you don't speak Spanish or in case of issues
- Provision of the Be Card: the Be Card is the membership card of Be Madrid, Madrid's most vibrant exchange students community, which will give you lots of benefits such as discounts in restaurants, hair dressers, gyms, hostels, VIP access to selected student parties and much more
- Legal advise: one free session with legal advisor, if needed
