Het Spaanse Hooggerechtshof heeft een streep gezet door het landelijke NRA-nummer (Número de Registro de Alquiler) voor de vakantieverhuur. 🛑

Dit centrale register werd vorig jaar ingevoerd om vakantieverhuur strenger te reguleren, maar het Hooggerechtshof heeft geoordeeld dat de centrale overheid in Madrid hiermee haar boekje te buiten ging. De regulering van toerisme en huisvesting ligt namelijk bij de autonome regio's (zoals Andalusië).

Wat betekent dit voor jou?
👉 De administratieve rompslomp van een extra landelijk register valt weg.
👉 Let op: Dit betekent niét dat er geen regels meer zijn! De bestaande regionale verhuurlicenties en wetgeving (zoals de VUT-vergunning in Andalusië) blijven gewoon volledig van kracht.
