🤩😃Another lovely end to the week, with a detailed review from our wonderful clients from the UK, Mr & Mrs Johnston …..Thank you 😃🤩

✅ We purchased our apartment from family members and it was in need of a total renovation.
We then set about finding somebody that we could trust to share in our vision for the property.

As soon as we met David we knew that we wanted to entrust the work to him.
It was a major project and at all stages we were kept fully updated. Any problems along the way were met only with solutions and we couldn't have asked for a better project manager than David himself.

David and his team exceeded our expectations and went out of their way to offer suggestions when we needed help with the planning and on finding the right materials.
We are absolutely delighted with the end result and everybody who visits is overwhelmed by the transformation.The finishing is to an extremely high standard.

The work undertaken included:

Extending the lounge
Knocking out walls on terrace & creating a new gated exit to our communal pool.
Bifold doors onto the main terrace
New sliding doors to upstairs terrace & downstairs bedroom
New tiling throughout including terraces and internal stairs
New electrics including a new fuse board
Replastering & painting the whole property
New internal doors
2 complete new bathrooms with wet room showers
New downstairs cloakroom
Redesigning & fitting wardrobe doors to 3 bedrooms & housing for washing m/c & tumble dryer

We have one more project to complete, a new kitchen next year and we will definitely be contacting David to do this for us.

🤩 A lovely review from Swedish clients, who we are still doing extra work for now 🤩

🇸🇪 🇪🇸 In 2019, we found the house that suited us perfectly, but it needed a complete renovation before we could move in. The nervousness was enormous when the refurbishment started as we were in Sweden.

David and his team helped us in the best way with clear communication, lots of pictures and detailed cost budget. Our sometimes-weird questions were answered in a professional way, and we could really feel safe throughout the whole process. The final cost for renovation was within budget and the result was exactly as we wanted.

Thanks to David and his guys, we now have a fully renovated home with brand-new kitchen, two large outdoor terraces, new tile floor throughout the house including all balconies, a new bathroom, a new guest WC, new walls/celling/electricity, and a heating/cooling system.

Lately we have also received help to build a new outdoor wall in the garden and tiling in the garage. During Christmas a water pipe broke under our house and David helped us to get in touch with a fantastic plumber in just a few hours.

Owning a house in a country where we do not permanently live is always a challenge. But having such a knowledgeable and helpful person as David Wood makes life so much easier. So many thanks David! Kind regards Maria and Anders 🇪🇸🇸🇪

😅 It’s been a very busy start to the year, with a number of refurbishments nearly completed or now finished 😅

ANOTHER total reform of a 2 bedroom apartment into a 3 bedroom in La Maestranza, Nueva Andalucia!

🤩 My English client is over the moon with his ‘new apartment’ 🤩

As you can tell, the trend is still on for grey …. 50 shades!
