Jardines del Río is a small development consisting of townhouses and apartments located in the Golden Mile of Marbella right in front of Les Roches Marbella, so no car is needed. All the properties are within short walking distance to the beach, right behind the famous Marbella´s nightclub Olivia Valere and next to commercial centre Le Village, where you can find a very popular café bistro Small World, Winehouse, hairdresser´s, a nightclub Da Place, Asian fusion restaurant, gym, etc.
Located a mere 10 min walk to the big supermarket Aldi and the beach and only 20 min walk to the centre of Puerto Banús with its shops, restaurants, bars and buzzling nightlife. Marbella centre is a short 5 min car drive.
Very quiet gated residence area with a swimming pool and tropical garden and also next to all amenities!
Each property comes with a parking space although no car is needed due to its proximity to Les Roches. The properties in this development are rented very quickly, so it´s recommended to book them several months in advance.

Los Naranjos de Marbella is a quiet development only 20 minutes walk to Les Roches Marbella, so it´s a favourite place for students without a car. Also there is a school bus on site provided by the School.
It´s a very popular urbanisation at the entrance of Nueva Andalucía with several swimming pools, tropical gardens, security and within a few minutes walk to the onsite facilities, including a large supermarket Mercadona, restaurant, Tapas Bar, Fresh Food Café and a very popular Raquets club Manolo Santana, where you can find a fully equipped gym, wellness studio, tennis and swimming pool.
Vibrant Puerto Banus and the beach are around 25 minutes walk away or you can also use the onsite bus service that takes you directly to Marbella or Banús.

La Dama de Noche urbanisation is an incredibly well established residential complex. It´s a gated community with 24h security within walking distance to all amenities including two supermarkets, restaurants, bars and of course the famous Puerto Banus with its beaches and incredible nightlife. The community is very well maintained and offers extensive gardens with tropical green areas, 2 large swimming pools, 6 paddle tennis courts, children´s area and a restaurant on site. You can also find 18 hole golf course right in front.
Very popular touristic location due to its proximity to the centre of Puerto Banus.
Easy parking in the development, very close to Les Roches Marbella – 3 min by car or 30 min walking.

Welcome to the page for Marbella Student Accommodation.

Firstly, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Anastasia and I graduated with a PGD in Hospitality Management from Les Roches Marbella in 2010. Since graduating, I have held various jobs in the luxury hospitality sector, such as restaurants and hotels. This said, my passion has always been in real estate, as it provided me with the opportunity to help other students that were once in the same situation I was when searching for the perfect accommodation.

I decided to settle down in Marbella, where I opened my real estate business with the focus on sourcing accommodation for students attending Les Roches Marbella and other universities in the area, such as Marbella International University College (MIUC), Schellhammer Business School, HEC Business School Marbella, etc.

As a former student, I understand how difficult and important it can be to find the perfect accommodation during your stay in Marbella, a place that would feel like home. Having studied at Les Roches Marbella, I have an extensive knowledge of the local area and vast experience in helping students find suitable accommodation during your course. Our professional team will make every aspect of your stay smooth, straightforward and enjoyable, allowing you to concentrate on your studies, as well as spending your downtime in Marbella exploring its amazing beaches, delicious restaurants, diverse shopping destinations and, of course, the world-famous nightlife.
