Our El Paraíso renovation continues to move at strong pace, with the project now transitioning from structural and services work into finishing phases.

This is a full internal transformation - reworking the layout, upgrading infrastructure, and delivering a modern, turnkey home from the inside out.

So far, we’ve completed:
• Full project setup, planning & coordination
• Design development and layout finalisation
• Supplier coordination and material procurement
• Full demolition and strip-out
• Structural works including staircase and basement access
• Drainage infrastructure and terrace structural works
• Upper-level wall construction and insulation
• Electrical chasing and preparation throughout
• First fix electrics and plumbing completed
• Services inspections completed and approved
• Structural works and terrace concrete completed
• Staircase installation and structural framing works
• Wall plastering and main false ceiling installation
• Electrical wiring completion across the property
• AC system installation progressing with units in place
• Fuse board installation scheduled
• Tiling phase now commencing
• Ongoing end-to-end project management

The renovation includes a completely reconfigured layout, upgraded electrical infrastructure, new air conditioning system, refined lighting design, new ceilings, full plastering, and high-quality finishing throughout - all designed to elevate both functionality and feel.

We’re now moving into the next major phase 🏁

Tiling is underway, AC installation is being finalised, and second-stage finishes will follow shortly.

Momentum remains strong and the project is progressing exactly as planned.

Our decoratoring team have now wrapped up the final touches at this project, and the space is now dialled in to perfection.

One of our latest renovation projects in La Quinta - a full-scale penthouse transformation we kicked off back in Q4 / December is now entering its final phase.

The brief was simple but ambitious:
Give new life to the apartment - rethinking the kitchen–living layout, stripping out dated finishes, and delivering a fully modern, turnkey home from the inside out.

So far, we’ve completed:
• Planning, permits & full project setup
• Design concepts & spatial planning
• Material & furniture procurement + supplier liaison
• Full demolition & removal
• Tiling, grouting, and electrical & plumbing reconfiguration
• First fix completed
• Second fix well underway
• Plastering & decorating
• End-to-end project management throughout

This renovation includes a brand-new kitchen, upgraded electrical and AC planning, refined lighting design, full redecoration, and a carefully curated furniture package - all designed to elevate both functionality and feel.

We’re now heading into the home straight 🏁

The kitchen is due for delivery in the coming weeks, and we’re excited to share the finished result very soon.
