🏡🇪🇸lnvesteren in Spanje: Nu Meer Lucratief dan Ooit

De recente invoering van de Wet betaalbare huur door Hugo de Jonge, bedoeld om huurders te ondersteunen, zal naar verwachting leiden tot een tekort aan betaalbare huurwoningen en stijgende koopprijzen in Nederland. Dit is de unanieme mening van experts op de woningmarkt.

Ondanks duidelijke waarschuwingen van deze experts, werd de wet afgelopen woensdag toch goedgekeurd door de Eerste Kamer. Hierdoor worden politieke beloften wederom niet nagekomen, wat resulteert in een verdere verergering van de woningcrisis.
