There are 150 kilometers of coastline along the Costa del Sol.
But if you look closely - filtering for architectural integrity, direct sand access, and a lack of coastal roads between your terrace and the Mediterranean - the number shrinks dramatically. There are roughly 40 true frontline beach communities here. Forty pockets of land where the transition from living room to tide is seamless.

We don’t care much for the statistics, but we do care about the geometry of the few that got it right.
