Three days in Marbella gave me and Ali something you rarely get in the middle of building. Perspective.
We used the time to reflect on Q1, look at the mistakes, the feedback, what’s working, what isn’t, and how we improve from here. Conversations around refining our refurbishment model, improving client experience, sourcing more deals, and opening up new revenue streams.
Sometimes growth comes from pushing harder. Sometimes it comes from stepping back and thinking better.
What made it even better, while we were away we onboarded a new investor, sold a deal, and completed a project. A reminder that the systems we’re building are starting to work.
The next 9 months is about refining and scaling.
