Fairways Marbella is a small community of just 60 apartments. It is beach side in the urbanization of Carib Playa.

Built to a very high standard, the community has a large central swimming pool and Childrens pool, outside WC and very well maintained and lush gardens.

A 10 minute stroll to the nearest beach which is one of the best in the area. A 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Cabopino port with its luxury yachts, restaurants & bars. Marbella centre is only 8 km away. Many bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Beachside (Chiringuito's) are some of the best in the area including Simbad and Triana which are closest to the apartment. Closer still is the well known Rancho Grill.
