Is dit dan de kans voor u om een restaurant te openen op het zonnige gran canaria ?

De voor vele bekende plek met natuurlijke toeloop van mensen van nederlanders maar ook andere nationaliteiten staat te overname.. Het is instap klaar met volledige keuken, inboedel en terras meubulair in het centrum commercial Cita.

Omringt met barren en eet gelegenheden in de hollandsewijk van het centrum
staat dit volledig uitgerusten restaurant ter overnamen, de know how, de mogelijkheid om door te borduren op het success van het restaurant als de ECHT betere tijden weer gaan aanbreken en u de mogelijkheden bied tot een samen werkend success van eigenaren en buren van de zaak.

De overnamen houd in dat u de zaak overneemt zoals die is, dus meubulair, volledig uitgeruste keuken zoals op foto´s ook zichbaar is. ( geen personeel ) uiteraard is er een volledige inventarislijst beschikbaar en is het instapklaar . Natuurlijk bent u vrij te doen wat voor restaurant / bar u ervan wilt maken .

Naast de overname zijn er ook gunstige huur condities van mee denkende eigenaren.
