Why does one community charge €500 a month and the one next door charge a fraction of that?

It isn't arbitrary. Your share is worked out by the size of your property against the whole development, and then by what that development has to maintain. Three pools, a spa, a concierge and ten lifts cost more than one garden and no lift.

The StartGroup team at the Marbella 4Days Walking. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

On Saturday we took part in the 15th edition of the M4DW, Spain's largest walking event: four days, 4,000 participants and routes of 10, 20 and 30 kilometres across Marbella, the countryside and the coast.

We set off early, crossed the finish line together and came back with the medal on.

Thank you to the organisers for a faultless event, and to everyone on the team who came along.
