Property prices in La Cala are up 8.9%. But how does the rest of the local market compare?

The Q3 2026 figures are in, and here's how average asking prices have changed year on year, compared with September 2025.

La Cala de Mijas: +8.9%
Mijas: +8.5%
Mijas Golf: +5.0%
Marbella: +3.2%

Property prices are still rising across the Costa del Sol, but not everywhere at the same pace.

And remember, these are average asking prices. What a property actually sells for depends on much more than just the postcode.
