Let's talk about end - of- rental cleaning. It may sound obvious to many, but many are not aware of what End-Of-Rental cleaning means and what tasks/areas it may involve.
THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST THOROUGH AND PRECISE CLEANING.
At the end of the rental cleaning, our cleaning team handles the appliances and cleans hard-to-reach areas, including the inside of the cabinets. We'll leave your home spotless and sparkling, ensuring you can pass it on to a new tenant intact and undamaged.
Unlike regular cleaning, end-of-rental cleaning takes place when tenants have moved out of a property. Only the objects and tools that came with the rental remained in the property.
As personal items are removed from the property before cleaning,
our cleaning team can perform high-quality cleaning of areas not covered by regular cleaning. Cleaning the interior cabinets, as well as the oven, the extractor with other appliances and the interior windows.
Cleaning tasks after the rental period are based on the checklist approved by the agency. These may vary slightly from agency to agency. Here is the full list in end-of-pass cleaning:
- Dusting and wiping all surfaces.
- Internal cleaning of cupboards.
- Cleaning the fridge/freezer.
- Internal window cleaning.
- Oven deep cleaning.
- Cleaning of bathroom drains / stench-trap.
- Thorough cleaning of baths, sinks and showers.
- We vacuum all floor coverings.
- We mop all hard floors.
You can also request the following extra services if required by the rental agreement:
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning.
- Cleaning of external windows.
- Cleaning of external areas.
- Other specific requests from the main tenant or real estate agent.
