The apartment is for rent as well for short or longer periods of time. Most important, animals are allowed, not like any other hotels or accommodations, and without any extra fees or fares. We do not charge cleaning costs or charge your credit card for unnecessary costs or expenses…
The only two rules we apply are, the payment should be at arrival and that the apartment is left behind as clean and neat as it was on arrival! We don’t even ask for booking costs or money guarantee in advance! There will be no cleaning costs be charged and the price is all-in based, without any unpleasant surprises…

The reason we make this possible is due TRUST, we offer our home for rent, and we expect to be treated as a HOME! So this said, no teenager parties allowed or other meanings...

We need off course your personal information and we make your reservation in order! The prices are upfront, and payed when the key transfer will be made, discussed and agreed and confirmed by email with the owner. These may be different according the period and season of stay. Our apartment is clean smell free and is situated nearby shops, beach and bars or clubs! It’s all in walking distance…
Two bedrooms, both with double beds. Kitchen has all necessary items. Bathroom is complete with towels…
