Our penthouse is located in the Heart of Nerja, just a 5-minute walk from Caletilla Beach and 3 min from Calahonda Beach an the Balcon de Europa.

The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a sofa bed in the living room, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, WiFi, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large terrace with a mountain views and sea views.

¡Acogedor y muy luminoso estudio en el centro de Nerja con terraza propia y con vistas a un tranquilo jardín de frutales!

Ubicado en primera planta (sin ascensor) el apartamento tiene mucha luz y la terraza tiene sol casi todo el día.
La cocina tiene doble vitro y frigorífico grande con congelador. La lavadora se encuentra en el baño.
¡Las cortinas son de oscurecimiento para una buena noche de sueño!

A 3 min andando del Balcón de Europa y de su playa, a 1 min de las animadas calles peatonales con tiendas y restaurantes/bares. A menos de 5 minutos de la parada de autobús (Málaga/Motril) ya 2 minutos de un parking. Aparcamiento gratuito en la calle.

Abril, Mayo y Junio: 720€ por mes
Julio y Agosto: 820€ por mes

Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock (kein Aufzug) und hat viel Licht. Die Terrasse hat fast den ganzen Tag Sonne.
Die Küche hat einen Doppel-Elektroherd und einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Badezimmer.

3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Balcón de Europa und seinem Strand entfernt, 1 Minute von der lebhaften Fußgängerzone mit Geschäften und Restaurants/Bars. Weniger als 5 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle (Malaga/Motril) und 2 Minuten von einem grossen Parkplatz entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze findet Mann mit etwas Glück in den Straßen des Viertels.
